Overview
UWC Changshu China ("UWC Changshu") was founded in 2015 as the first UWC school in mainland China and one of 18 UWC schools worldwide. As a non-profit institution, UWC Changshu provides students from diverse backgrounds in Grades 10–12 with an academic programme centred on the International Baccalaureate (IB), alongside a strong emphasis on experiential learning, community service, and outdoor activities. The school encourages students to engage openly with one another, foster mutual understanding and respect, take responsibility, and pursue their ideals. It also seeks to develop their ability to resolve conflicts and address issues related to sustainable development.
