Yew Chung International School of Beijing (referred to as "Yew Chung Beijing") was founded in 1995. It is a school for the children of foreign personnel registered with the Ministry of Education of China. It is committed to providing full-stage international education for foreign students aged 2 to 18 years old. Over the past 30 years of operation, the school has formed a diversified academic system covering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) and the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), and has obtained comprehensive certification from the Council of International Schools (CIS). In terms of academic qualifications, its middle school is authorized by the Cambridge International Examination Center to become a certified examination center, and it is also an IB World School authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO).
