7月25日，由美伦国际高中与京领联合主办的“全球院士科研坊——商业领导力与市场中的企业竞争”公益项目圆满落下帷幕。牛津大学法学终身正教授恩赫尔迈尔全程引领，一批经严格选拔的优秀学子完成为期六天的全英文沉浸式学术科研训练。

On July 25, the "Global Academician Research Workshop – Business Leadership and Corporate Competition in the Market," co-hosted by MIC (Majestic International College) and KingLead, came to a successful conclusion. Prof. Dr. Stefan Enchelmaier, tenured full professor of law at the University of Oxford, a group of outstanding students through a six-day, fully immersive, all-English academic research training program.

从第一天的拘谨与生涩，到第六天站在教授面前用流利英文完成汇报答辩——六天，足以看见一群少年的蜕变。

From the hesitation and unfamiliarity of the first day to confidently delivering presentations and defenses in fluent English before the professor on the sixth day—six days were enough to witness the transformation of a group of young minds.

实战之日：

五组少年全英汇报，直面牛津教授

第六天的全英文项目汇报是本次科研坊的最高潮。学生们分为五组，轮流登台，每人陈述十分钟，随后直面恩赫尔迈尔教授的犀利追问——这是真刀真枪的学术试炼。

The all-English project presentation on the sixth day was the climax of the workshop. The students, divided into five teams, took turns on stage, each delivering a ten-minute presentation, followed by penetrating questions from Prof. Dr. Stefan Enchelmaier—this was academic trial by fire.

五组选题涵盖AI法律责任、欧盟经典判例、企业注册自由、行政贸易壁垒等前沿法律议题。

The five teams' topics covered cutting-edge legal issues including AI legal liability, landmark EU cases, freedom of establishment for businesses, and administrative trade barriers.

从加航聊天机器人误导消费者的责任归属，到一瓶法国利口酒如何重塑整个欧洲单一市场；从奥地利滑翔禁令与货物自由流动的冲突，到“信箱公司”跨境注册引发的监管争议……同学们以严谨的逻辑框架、精准的法条援引和流畅的英文表达，完成了从“输入”到“输出”的完整学术闭环。

From the question of liability when Air Canada's chatbot misled a consumer, to how a bottle of French liqueur reshaped the entire European single market; from the conflict between Austria's paragliding ban and the free movement of goods, to the regulatory disputes triggered by cross-border registration of "letterbox companies"—the students completed the full academic cycle from "input" to "output" with rigorous logical frameworks, precise citation of legal provisions, and fluent English expression.

教授对每组逐一进行专业点评。他提醒学生：“每个概念都要追根溯源”，并指出学术汇报不仅要说清“是什么”，更要回答“你怎么看”。当有学生提出判决之外的延伸思考时，教授当场点赞：“你们不仅讲清了判决，还指出了它没有解决的问题——这是做学问的好习惯。”

The professor offered intensive. He reminded the students: "Every concept must be traced back to its source," and noted that academic presentations should not only clarify "what" but also answer "what you think." When a student offered extended thinking beyond the judgment itself, the professor immediately praised: "You not only explained the ruling clearly, but also pointed out what it failed to address—that is a good habit in scholarship."

Zoe shared:
"Six days ago, I knew almost nothing about EU trade and EU law. Today, as I leave, I have gained more knowledge and greater confidence. This week has been a completely new and fulfilling experience for me. I also made new friends and created many beautiful memories that I will carry with me."

林美珊（Maisie）同学说：

“我们不仅深入学习了欧盟法律、经典判例、《数字市场法案》等知识，还接触了许多此前未曾涉足的新领域。除学术收获外，我还结识了许多可爱的朋友——我们一起完成小组任务，在宿舍里分享彼此的故事，这些点滴汇聚成这段时光中温暖而难忘的回忆。”

Maisie said:
"We not only delved deeply into EU law, classic cases, the Digital Markets Act, and more, but also explored many new areas we had never touched before. Beyond the academic gains, I also made many wonderful friends—we worked on group tasks together, shared stories in the dorms, and these moments came together to form warm and unforgettable memories of this time."

Prof. Dr. Stefan Enchelmaier concluded at the closing ceremony: "Every single one of your presentations had something I didn't know before—and that is the best a teacher can hope for. You have shown stamina, intellect, and creativity. From what I've seen this week, law is a viable choice for you." He closed with the words, "Go your own way," bringing the six-day academic journey to a perfect end.

冯晓生校长寄语学子：“学习不仅是知识积累，更是思维与视野的开拓。爬山之路虽有崎岖，但正因挑战，我们才变得强大。期待与大家在顶峰相见。”

Principal Simon Feng encouraged the students: "Learning is not just about accumulating knowledge—it is about expanding your thinking and broadening your horizons. The road may be rough, but it is precisely through challenges that we grow stronger. I look forward to meeting you all at the top."
