The Kindergarten of GCGS

Founded in 1994, The Kindergarten of GCGS was among the first high-end kindergartens in China to introduce the IB Primary Years Programme and has been authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization. It has been recognized as a National Outstanding Private Kindergarten, one of Guangdong’s first Top Ten Private Kindergartens, and a Guangdong Provincial First-Class Kindergarten. It also served as an experimental kindergarten for the Ministry of Education’s key Tenth Five-Year Plan research project on bilingual education for young children. Its central goal is to nurture independent thinkers, lifelong learners and participants in world affairs. By combining the strengths of Chinese and international education, it seeks to develop young global citizens who are grounded in their local culture and equipped with an international outlook.
