Shanghai United International School Jiaoke Campus (referred to as Xiehe Education Science) was founded in 1998 and is affiliated to Xiehe Education Center. It is a full-time private high school with boarding facilities. Xiehe Education adheres to the school-running philosophy of "integrating Chinese and Western cultures and developing harmoniously" and is committed to cultivating builders and successors of the socialist cause who have Chinese sentiments and international vision, sound moral character, distinctive personalities, solid academic foundations, innovative spirit, interpersonal communication and bilingual skills in Chinese and English. In terms of curriculum construction, Xiehe Education has built a multi-faceted and characteristic system. The junior high school section offers domestic bilingual courses and EMW integrated courses; the high school section offers domestic general courses and Canadian BC international courses.
