Olive Tree International Academy

Olive Tree International Academy was founded in 2017 and is located in Yishang Town, Linping New City, Hangzhou. It is Hangzhou's first private K–12 international school established for Chinese students. Guided by the educational philosophy of "harmony in diversity and shared appreciation of excellence," the school is committed to cultivating future leaders who possess physical well-being, a strong sense of responsibility toward their country and society, a scientific mindset, and a global outlook. The school offers flexible and diverse academic pathways. At the senior high school level, students may choose from A-Level, Advanced Placement (AP), and Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) programmes. At the primary and junior secondary levels, the school integrates China's national curriculum with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, combining academic rigour with an international perspective. Since its establishment, the school has drawn on the academic resources of Beijing Foreign Studies University to support students in achieving strong university admission outcomes, establishing itself as a model for the integration of academic excellence and international education.
