Nanjing International School

Nanjing International School (hereinafter referred to as "NIS") was founded in 1992. It is one of the earliest international schools in Nanjing and the first IB World School in China to obtain full curriculum certification from the International Baccalaureate Organization. As an independently operated, non-profit school for the children of foreign nationals, NIS is student-centered, offering IB courses covering kindergarten to grade 12, and is known for its diverse and inclusive campus culture. The school adheres to the mission of "stimulating international vision, personal excellence, and innovative thinking" and advocates allowing students to participate in learning decision-making and formulating personal learning plans, while encouraging them to actively connect and grow in multiculturalism.
