Beijing Academy International Division began exploring international education in 2017 and was formally established in 2020. It has consistently followed an international, modern, and high-quality educational direction and serves as an important base for the school's international cooperation and open exchange.
Approved by the municipal education authority to operate a cooperative AP upper-secondary programme, the division has developed an international curriculum grounded in Chinese courses and integrating the strengths of Chinese and Western education. It provides a high-quality learning platform for upper-secondary students who intend to pursue undergraduate study abroad. With CIS, AP, and Cambridge International credentials, the school advocates inquiry-based learning, emphasizes students' capacity for independent development, and seeks to cultivate internationally competitive learners who are rooted in Chinese culture and able to engage with the world.
