自二零一九年国家提出了中国教育现代化2035的规划,向我们基础教育也提出了立德树人,创新人才培养的要求。宏文学校自2018年,我们创办以来,就开始确立了以人为本、学贯中西、精英教育的学校办学目标。
我们要把国家提出的立德树人、创新人才的培养作为我们学校奋斗的目标,所以我们在学校的特长发展和我们的学校的设施建设上面,我们都努力在这一方面为创新人才培养去做出我们最大的努力。
在办学之初我们就在思考,我们感到创新人才培养关键在创新能力的培养。为了实施创新能力的培养,我们学校从管理团队就集聚了国内外的校长、专家,一起研究、开发学生创新思维的校本课程、教学方法和评价指标等等。
从管理架构上我们设立了课程发展中心和学生发展中心;在硬件设施的规划上,我们也从培养思考力的这个方面来进行着手准备,我们学校设置了有12间三套理化生实验室的设备,我们可以满足学生从一年级就开始进行实验课程,让孩子们大胆设想、体验科学实验的乐趣。
我们设计了开放性的阅览区和可以提供学生们进行特长学习、精修课堂的图书馆,汤显组剧场是我们孩子们进行创意作文、独立思考和进行思想碰撞、交流分享的一个平台,我们还有孩子们可以进行音乐创作的黑盒剧场。
那么这些场所呢,都为孩子们的思考力的形成和锻炼,提供了他们活动的空间。我们学校还开设了学生们创意作品的展示活动,这里我们可以看到孩子们有未来城市的创意的设想,也有我们孩子们生活当中的创意作品等等这些,都会激发孩子们去大胆的进行他们的想象,并且去进行体验和设计,我们以这样的空间来展示、激励他们。
在课堂教学中我们根据国家教材进行创新教学探索,语文学科我们进行大人文学块的校本课程开发,以“四季五行六艺”为设计架构,拓宽语文学习与国学、历史、地理、音乐、美术的融合。
数学学科进行应用性的实践。而英语学习,我们将国家教材与剑桥英语中能力训练相结合进行教学,使学生在八年级就可以达到雅思5到6分的水平,让学生具备可以阅读国外作品和了解国外科学技术读物的能力。
我们学校还开展了课程活动化、活动课程化的活动,我们对1-12年级进行了国学课程的系统的建设和开发,让孩子们对国学有一个全面地学习和了解。
我们还设计了1-12年级的研学课程。那么,结合每一个年级,学生们学习的课本的知识,我们来选择研学的地点和内容。同学们研学以后,可以把他们的思考和观察、得到的认知,在交流当中得到升华。
我们正在进行评价改革的探索,通过学校管理系统进行学生过程性评价、增值性评价、综合素质评价的登录,我们期待不久的将来会有一批优秀创新人才从宏文学校各个校区脱颖而出。

In 2019, our country proposed the 2035 plan for China’s education modernization. It also put forward our basic education requirements for fostering innovative talents.
Since the establishment of Hongwen School in 2018, we have set “people-oriented” philosophy and “proficiency in both western and Chinese culture” and “elite education” as our goals.
We will dedicate to the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in cultivation of innovative talents, and set it as our ultimate goal. Thus, from our school’s expertise to the construction of our school’s facilities we are doing our best to put more effort on cultivating innovative talents.
Since the beginning, we have been thinking about the key of cultivating innovative talents which is the cultivation of students’ innovative skills. For implementing those skills, our school has gathered principals and experts from home and abroad to build management teams, to think and develop school-based courses, teaching methods and evaluation indicators for students’ innovative thinking, etc.
From the management structure, we have built curriculum development center and student development center. In the planning of hardware facilities, we also start preparations from the aspect of cultivating thinking ability.
In our school, we have 12 laboratories, 3 set of equipment for physics, chemistry and biological classes, these could satisfy students’needs for experimental courses from the first grade. In order to let children imagine boldly and experience the fun of scientific experiments,
We also designed an open reading area and a library that can provide students with special skills and intensive classrooms.
Theatre is a place where our children can composite creatively, think independently, have idea collision and share thoughts. We also have a Blackbox Theatre where children can make their own music.
All of these places provide space for children to develop and practice their thinking skills. In our school, we also have exhibitions where students can display their creative work.
Here, from these works, we can see imagination of future cities from our children and creative works that are inspired by their daily life. All these can motivate students to think and imagine boldly, and then experience and design their own work. We encourage students by using this kind of space and exhibitions
In classroom, we carry out innovative teaching and exploration based on national teaching materials. For Chinese courses, we carry out school-based curriculum development in humanities section.
We use “four season, five elements of ancient Chinese cosmology, six courses of ancient Chinese education” as our structure. Based on this, we combine language learning with Chinese Studies, history, geography, music and art.
For mathematics, we carry out applied practice. And for English study, we combine national teaching materials with Cambridge English ability training so that students can reach IELTS 5 to 6 in the eighth grade and they can have the ability to read foreign works and understand foreign scientific technical readings.
In our school, we integrate activities into curriculum, and integrate curriculum into activities. We systematically build and develop Chinese Studies courses for 1-12 grades, in order to let children have a comprehensive understanding of it.
We also design our research courses for 1-12 grades. For each grade, based on knowledge that students are learning, we choose the location and content of research courses. After the courses, students share their observation and thoughts so that they can sublimate their ideas.
Now we are exploring the reform of evaluation. We evaluate students’study process and their comprehensive quality through school’s management system. We look forward to seeing a group of outstanding innovative talents standing out from Hongwen School in the near future.
