Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada (referred to as "BCCSC") was founded in 1997. It is one of the first batch of Sino-foreign cooperative high schools in China. It was co-founded by the Experimental High School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University, the Ministry of Education of New Brunswick Province, Canada, and Royal Canadian International Education Group. As one of the earliest schools in Beijing to explore international high school education, BCCSC has always adhered to the school motto of "Being Moral and Determined" and is committed to cultivating new era talents with both Chinese sentiments and international vision. After nearly thirty years of development, the school has become a member of the UNESCO Beijing Club and a national contact school for the new high school curriculum reform designated by the Ministry of Education, and has taken the lead in participating in the domestic general high school curriculum reform practice. As one of the first batch of Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions in Beijing that passed the review and acceptance by the Ministry of Education, BCCSC continues to explore a talent training model that integrates China and the West, and has accumulated rich experience in the fields of curriculum construction, educational innovation and international exchanges.
