The following is the monthly innovative competitiveness evaluation system:

2 Certification Competitiveness (20%)

International Certification contains two sub-indicators: Certificated Institutions Authorized by Mainstream Exam Committees (8.5%) and Certification by Mainstream International Certification Organizations (11.5%).
