Dalian American International School

Since its establishment in 2006, Dalian American International School (DAIS for short) has been committed to providing comprehensive K-12 education for the children of foreign personnel, practicing the teaching philosophy of "challenge, collaboration, and response", aiming to develop students' intelligence, character and health, and inspire each learner to pursue personal excellence and contribute to the global community. The school is located in Jinpu New District, Dalian City. It has obtained international authoritative certification and provides services to people holding valid foreign passports, as well as children of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and returned overseas Chinese from China. DAIS adopts the standard American curriculum system and comprehensively cultivates students' creativity, problem-solving abilities and global citizenship through MIT-NAE STEAM cooperation projects, global challenges, and various extracurricular activities and sports events.
